The aim of this course is to teach the students the basic of the operating management, the role of operating management to create the highests level of efficiency possibile within the organization.
Students get to know the operations management as a proces of controlling the production activities and business operations in the most efficient manner possible. OM professionals attempt to balance operating costs with revenue to maximize net operating profit.
