Aims of the course:
1. Introducing the basic concepts of public finances and explaining the essence of these finances.
2. To acquaint students with the basic organizational forms of public finance sector units and the principles of the economy public funds.
3. Presentation of links between individual public finance subsectors.
4. Presenting the links between the public finance sector and the financial markets and the private sector.
5. Awareness of the importance of public finances in a market economy.
