SUBJECT LEARNING OUTCOME CONTENT
After completing the course and confirming achievement of the intended learning outcomes, the student will:
- position the patient for an imaging examination and monitor their condition during the examination;
- relate images of tissue and organ damage to clinical signs of the disease;
- identify indications for transport to a trauma center or pediatric trauma center and report meeting the qualification criteria to the trauma team leader or pediatric trauma team leader;
- prehospital procedures in adult emergencies;
- principles of diagnostics using imaging, particularly ultrasound assessment within the scope of emergency protocols;
- recognizing and recognizing one's own limitations in terms of knowledge, skills, and social competences, and self-assessing educational deficits and needs;
