Graduates of the first-cycle studies can apply for admission to complementary second-cycle studies in the area of public health.

Professional status:

A paramedic has professional qualifications based on the Act of 8 September 2006 on State Medical Rescue (Dz. U. 2021 r. poz. 2053 i 2459) and the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 16 December 2019 on medical emergency treatment and health services other than medical emergency treatment which can be provided by a paramedic (Dz. U. 2019 poz. 2478).

Learning outcomes were approved by the Resolution No. XXXIX/186/19 of the Senate of Stanisław Staszic State University of Applied Sciences in Piła (Państwowa Uczelnia Stanisława Staszica w Pile) of 24 September 2019 on the adoption of the curriculum for the first-cycle Medical Rescue programme with a practical profile, after publishing the education standard for the medical rescue programme.
