The description of the learning outcomes in terms of knowledge, skills and social competences for the field of study: nursing was approved by the Resolution No. XLV/262/16 of the Senate of Stanisław Staszic University of Applied Sciences in Piła on 16 June 2016 and the Resolution No. I/12/16 of the Senate of Stanisław Staszic University of Applied Sciences in Piła on 29 September 2016. The diploma of bachelor in nursing is obtained by a graduate of first-cycle nursing programme who achieved the learning outcomes in terms of knowledge: A.W1. he/she uses anatomical terminology; A.W2. he/she can discuss the build of the human body in topographical (upper and lower limbs, chest, abdomen, pelvis, back, neck, head) and functional approach (osteoarticular system, muscular system, circulatory system, respiratory system, alimentary system, urinary system, reproductive system, nervous system, sensory organs, common integument); A.W3. he/she understands neurohormonal regulation of physiological processes and electrophysiological processes; A.W4. he/she can describe specification, significance of water and electrolyte balance and acid-alkaline balance in maintaining body homeostasis; A.W5. he/she can specify basic reactions of inorganic and organic compounds in aqueous solutions and laws of physics affecting fluid flow and factors affecting vascular resistance; A.W6. can describe physicochemical foundations of functioning of senses using physical information carriers (sound and electromagnetic waves); The programme of study carried out in accordance with the standards of training for the nursing field of study specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of 9 May 2012, on standards of training for the professions of medical doctor, dentist, pharmacist, nurse and midwife (Dz. U. 2019 poz. 1573 z późn. zm.). Learning outcomes were approved by the Resolution no. XXXIX/184/19 of the Senate of Państwowa Uczelnia Stanisława Staszica in Piła on the adoption of the curriculum for the first-cycle Nursing programme with a practical profile on 24 September 2019. The programme of study carried out in accordance with the standards of training for the nursing field of study specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of 26 July 2019, on standards of training for the professions of medical doctor, dentist, pharmacist, nurse, midwife, laboratory diagnostician, physiotherapist and paramedic (Dz. U. 2019 poz. 1573 z późn. zm.). Learning outcomes were approved by the Resolution no. LI/235/20 of the Senate of Państwowa Uczelnia Stanisława Staszica in Piła on the adoption of the curriculum for the first-cycle Nursing programme with a practical profile on 21 August 2020.
