Learning outcomes were approved by the Resolution No. V/14/21 of the Senate of Stanisław Staszic State University of Applied Sciences in Piła (Państwowa Uczelnia Stanisława Staszica w Pile) of 25 February 2021 on the adoption of the curriculum for the second-cycle Pedagogy programme with a practical profile at the Stanisław Staszic State University of Applied Sciences in Piła.

K2P_W01 he/she has practical application oriented, structured, thorough and extensive knowledge in the area of education, sub-disciplines of education and related disciplines, taking into consideration their terminology and theories and methods
K2P_W02 he/she has structured, thorough and extensive knowledge of the place of education in the system of sciences and its material and methodological links with sub-disciplines and other disciplines of science
K2P_W03 he/she has thorough and detailed knowledge of care, upbringing and education in the context of contemporary educational currents and systems and understands their links with other sciences
K2P_W04 he/she has thorough and detailed knowledge of research orientations, strategies and methods applied in social sciences and is familiar with methodological positions and approaches and understands the postulate of multi-paradigmatic research in education

K2P_U01 he/she applies theoretical knowledge of education, sub-disciplines of education and detailed methodologies and other sciences, in particular humanities, social sciences and health sciences in order to identify, analyse and interpret complex educational problems, and diagnose, predict and design practical activities
K2P_U02 he/she has thorough skills of searching, observing, interpreting and explaining social phenomena as well as patterns and determinants of human behaviour, taking into consideration the analysis of their links with various areas of educational activity
K2P_U03 he/she has developed social communication skills, uses specialist language and communicates both verbally and non-verbally in a coherent and clear way with various social groups using various communication channels, media techniques and modern technological solutions
K2P_U04 he/she is able to express him/herself orally and in writing in a structured, coherent and precise way and is able to construct extensive oral and written justifications for documentation on topics concerning various educational issues, using theoretical approaches from the field of education, sub-disciplines of education and related sciences

K2P_U06 he/she has well-developed research skills, based on the assumptions of methodology of educational research, which allow for analysis, planning, construction and independent educational research and compilation, presentation and interpretation of the results of research, within the selected sub-discipline of education
K2P_U07 he/she undertakes effective actions to stimulate the interests and talents of the participants of educational activities, including children, students, pupils, develops their ability of independent, reflective and critical thinking and supports them in the conscious development of life aspirations, in particular educational and professional, and also conducts activities to support the development of children and young people with a wide range of dysfunctions
