The subject Fundamentals of Mechanical Engineering introduces students to, among other things, strength analysis of typical structures found in mechanical engineering, including transportation. In addition, they explain the operation of popular technical solutions and their applications, also paying attention to the conditions for their correct operation, so that the life of a structure is as long as possible. The course also discusses the processes of design, manufacture and operation of machine structures.
