Aims of the course:
1. to acquaint students with issues in the field of sustainable development principles, waste segregation, introduction of technologies with low energy needs. This course also includes searching for new technologies connected with renewable energy sources.
2. mastering knowledge of the basics of ecology and contemporary (global and local) problems of environmental protection, landscape protection and elements of protection of human working environment, environmental management.
Learning outcomes:
1. knows and understands the basics of ecology and contemporary (global and local) problems of environmental protection, landscape protection and elements of human work environment protection, environmental management.
2. knows the issues of sustainable development principles, waste segregation, introduction of technologies with low energy needs.
3. explain and analyze the application of new technologies related to renewable energy sources.
