Aims of the course:
1. to acquaint students with the basic concepts and tasks of automatic control
2. to master theoretical fundamentals in the scope necessary to understand the simplest methods of description, analysis and design of one-dimensional automatic control systems
3. to teach practical use of programming tools for analysis and design of elements and control systems
Learning outcomes:
1. knows basic concepts, structures and methods used in automation and robotics.
2. knows transmittance models of basic control objects.
3. is able to describe the behavior of objects and control systems in the time and frequency domain.
4. is able to use programming tools supporting analysis and design of automation systems.
5. has practical skills connected with maintenance of devices, objects and technical systems.
