The scope includes:
1. Analysis of the structure of professional tasks of nursing staff in relation to their qualifications.
2. Organisation and supervision of nursing teams and planning of human resources.
3. Methods of making professional and managerial decisions.
4. Organisation of recruitment and the process of professional adaptation of staff.
5. Planning professional development for oneself and subordinate personnel.
6. Job descriptions, scope of duties, rights, and responsibilities of nurses.
7. Work schedules for staff and monitoring the quality of nursing care in healthcare facilities.
