LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE
Upon completion of the course and confirmation of achieving the intended learning outcomes, the student:
1. Correctly identifies and analyzes mechanisms of social behavior and is able to relate them to appropriate areas of pedagogical activity.
2. Establishes personal and social contacts and is able to describe and interpret them using knowledge from pedagogy, communication, and related disciplines.
3. Can diagnose the causes of communication problems. Is able to select appropriate tools and organize specific actions aimed at motivation, error correction, and overcoming communication barriers in pedagogical practice.
4. Is able to independently work on developing their own interpersonal skills and techniques for improving their social competencies, especially in creating a safe space within their social environment.
5. Is ready to undertake pedagogical activities in the social environment and in the region; actively and persistently design and implement professional challenges both individually and in groups, using knowledge from pedagogical sciences.

1. Self-presentation.
2. Self-esteem as a key factor in social interactions – how to build self-esteem.
3. How to get yourself to want to act – motivation and shaping motivation.
Self-Education
1. Preparation for classes (studying literature)
2. Preparation for course credit (presentation, essay)
3. Implementation of project tasks.
