At the end of the class the student is ready to provide feedback carefully. The student demonstrates responsibility for his or her actions and the participants in the process. The student is change-oriented. He or she follows the coach's ethics during work with a client. The student is ready to work effectively in a team. The course will cover such topics as: conducting coaching setting goals and action plan. Tools and techniques used in coaching. Group and team coaching. Individual change vs. team change - challenges in working with a team. Practical classes on the possibilities of applying coaching in an organization in relation to management, implementing changes, developing careers and improving results.
