Philosophical and ethical aspects of education ERASMUS>PED05
Philosophy of education is a branch of philosophy that is concerned with philosophical questions about the nature, aims and problems of education. As a branch of practical philosophy, its practitioners look both inward to the parent discipline of philosophy and outward to educational practice, as well as to developmental psychology, cognitive science or sociology. Ethics in education helps the system run smoothly. Ethics defines standards of what is acceptable and what is not, protecting the interests of both teachers and students. In every school, it is the responsibility of the teacher to make students more aware of ethics . Consequently, the classes will address ethical challenges for the educator and teacher in a consumer culture. Neoliberal discourse and artistic, philosophical and ethical education. Respect for human dignity. The ethics of speech. Conscience, attitudes and religious beliefs and axiological education. Universal values in the school education - moral education.
