Course objectives:
1. To acquaint students with the basic elements related to the quality of manufacturing and operation of vehicles and working machines.
2. Performance basic issues of the quality management to ISO
3. Developing students' skills in solving quality problems, practical application of lean manufacturing. Searching for bottlenecks in processes.
KNOWLEDGE – A STUDENT KNOWS AND UNDERSTANDS:
1. From quality control through quality assurance to quality management. Historical view.
2. Definition quality. Quality assurance. The 14 rules of Deming. Deming's circle PDCA method. Development of quality standards. Quality system. Nature of the standards. CECC system. DPP Good Manufacturing Practice. QS 9000 and VDA standards.
3. Quality management system according to ISO 9001: 2008. Quality definitions. Quality standards.
4. System model quality management according to ISO 9001: 2008. Quality pyramid. Process map.
5. Quality audit. Basic rules. Quality audit objectives. Types of audits. SKILLS – A STUDENT IS ABLE TO:
1. Gain basic knowledge of quality management.
2. Will be able to define and practically use the most important production quality tools
3. Perform the FMEA analysis use approximation.
SOCIAL SKILLS – A STUDENT IS READY TO:
1. Work both independently and in a group in which he takes various roles, is responsible for their own work.
