Electrical systems of machines ERASMUS>MEC16
Aims of the course:
1. To acquaint students with the basic properties of electrical installations: electrical circuits, technical requirements, electrical diagrams.
2. To acquaint students with the basic properties of electric circuits of electricity supply: batteries, generators and alternators, regulators of generators and alternators.
3. To acquaint students with the basic properties of drive motors: alternating current, direct current, step, linear and torque, hydraulic and pneumatic, special and the basic properties of drive systems: direct current (thyristor and transistor drives), alternating current (inverter drives), servo drives and drive mechanisms.
4. To acquaint students with the basic properties of electrical and electronic control systems of technological machines, electrical safety devices and additional equipment for the electrical installation of technological machines.
5. Improving and expanding the skills of identification, operation and repair of electrical devices of technological machines in production.
6. Developing the skills of responsible cooperation and communication in the group.
KNOWLEDGE – A STUDENT KNOWS AND UNDERSTANDS:
1. construction and operation of electrical devices technological production machines.
SKILLS – A STUDENT IS ABLE TO:
1. use of norms and standards related to electrical devices used in production proces,
2. analyze the proceses taking place in selected machines.
SOCIAL SKILLS – A STUDENT IS READY TO:
1. cooperate and work in a group, assuming different roles in it.
