Basics of civil law and intellectual property law ERASMUS>KRY18
The aim of the course is to introduce students to the basic concepts of civil law and intellectual property law, with a particular focus on copyright.
During the course, students will become familiar with basic legal terms and how civil law and intellectual property law fit into the legal system. They will learn about the rules and principles in these areas, including: what intangible assets are, who and what is protected by copyright, the dual nature of copyright (moral and economic rights), and how plagiarism is treated as a violation of copyright.
