Aims of the course:
1. Gaining theoretical, methodological and practical knowledge in basics of kinesiotherapy.
2. Systematics in therapeutic exercises.
3. Practical learning how to perform post-isometric muscle relaxation
4. Flexibility tests and self-therapy.
5. Practical learning to perform traction, taking into account indications and contraindications.
6. Meaning and using practical respiratory exercises in process of improvement.
Learning outcomes:
1. Introduction to theoretical, methodological and practical basics of kinesiotherapy, and exercises.
2. Rules of post-isometric muscle relaxation.
3. Introduction to traction techniques.
4. Respiratory exercise, regularity in treatment exercises.
