Clinical basics of physiotherapy in gynecology and obstetrics ERASMUS>FIZ08
1. Basic issues related to the work of the genitourinary system, the most common diseases, dysfunctions of the pelvic floor. Introduction to rehabilitation.
2. Plan, select and perform postpartum physiotherapeutic treatments aimed at eliminating unfavorable symptoms, in particular from the cardiovascular, bone and joint and muscular systems.
3. Instruct pregnant women in the scope of exercises to prepare for childbirth and the puerperium period.
4. Perform physiotherapeutic procedures in people with urinary incontinence and instruct them in the exercise of home exercises.
5. The etiology, pathomechanism, symptoms and course of the most common diseases in the field of cardiology and cardiosurgery, pulmonology, surgery, gynecology and obstetrics, geriatrics, psychiatry, intensive care, oncology and palliative medicine to the extent that allows rational use of physiotherapy measures.
6. Use of objective sources of information.
7. Formulating opinions on various aspects of professional activity.
8. Accepting responsibility for decisions made in the course of professional activity, including in terms of one's own safety and that of others.
9. Principles of planning and programming physioprophylaxis and physiotherapy in pregnant woman, after childbirth and women in puerperium.
10. Psychophysical preparation of a pregnant woman for childbirth - the role of a physiotherapist.
11. The most common gynecological diseases - inflammation of the genital organs, pelvic pain syndromes, disorders of the statics of the pelvic floor.
