Aims of the course:
1. To acquaint students with the methodology, techniques and influence of aromatherapy massage on the human body.
2. Acquainting with essential oils and their healing properties.
3. Acquiring the ability to perform an aromatherapy massage, taking into account indications and contraindications.
Knowledge – a student knows and understands:
1. indications and contraindications for aromatherapy massage.
2. specialized issues in the field of theory and methodology of aromatherapy massage.
Skills – a Student is able to:
3. perform aromatherapy massage treatments.

4. accepting responsibility for decisions made in the course of professional activity, including in terms of one's own safety and that of others.
Themes:
1. Essential oils, their acquisition and healing properties.
2. Characteristics of vegetable base oils.
3. Methodology of performing a massage with essential oils.
4. Indications and contraindications for aromatherapy massage.
5. Skin test.
6. The use of single essential oils in aromatherapy massage.
7. The use of base mixtures of essential oils in mental ailments and their use in aromatherapy massage.
8. The use of analgesic base mixtures of essential oils and their use in aromatherapy massage.
