Aims of the course:
1. Providing structured knowledge about changes in tissues and the body under the influence of external physical factors.
2. Acquiring the ability to interpret the mechanisms of action of specific physical factors used in the physiotherapy process at the local and general level.
3. Acquiring the ability to independently carry out physiotherapy treatments.
4. Realizing the need for continuous self-education.
5. Developing the ability to cooperate in a group and to communicate in the field of physical therapy.
Knowledge – a student knows and understands:
1. indications and contraindications for the use of treatments in the field of physiotherapy, balneoclimatology and biological regeneration
2. theoretical, methodical and practical basics of physical therapy, balneoclimatology and biological regeneration
Skills – a Student is able to:
3. plan, select and perform treatments in the field of physical therapy, balneoclimatology and biological regeneration
4. use equipment for the performance of treatments in the field of physical therapy
Social skills – a student is ready to:
5. accepting responsibility for decisions made in the course of professional activity, including in terms of one's own safety and that of others.
