Intelligent electrical installations ERASMUS>ELE01
The course introduces contemporary building-automation systems, covering both wired and wireless solutions. Students learn the core concepts and terminology of smart-building automation, gain theoretical foundations for understanding how individual devices and whole systems operate, and acquire practical skills in specifying, designing and documenting components of intelligent-building installations.
Intended learning outcomes:
- Student lists, defines and describes the basic elements and systems used in intelligent-building automation.
- Student can use components of building-automation systems to construct functional smart-building control circuits.
- Student recognises the need for lifelong learning and for continually enhancing professional, personal and social competences.
- Student (again) is able to employ building-automation components to assemble intelligent-building control systems.
