Marketing and market research ERASMUS>EKO16
The course covers terminology explaining the essence of marketing, along with its instruments. During the classes, the essence of market research and ways to use it are explained. The research methods discussed will allow the student to independently use the techniques in order to obtain information from the market.
Learning outcomes:
KNOWLEDGE: It characterizes the relationship between SMEs and market institutions pointing to the special role of communication.
SKILLS: Analyzes phenomena and processes in the SME sector on a micro-mezo and macroeconomic scale.
SOCIAL SKILLS: 1/ Has social and interpersonal communication skills. Can communicate orally and in writing including the use of business English. 2/ Works and collaborates with others according to the principles of respect and tolerance for diverse societies
