CONTENT OF THE SUBJECT LEARNING OUTCOME
Upon completion of the course and confirmation of achieving the intended learning outcomes, the student:
Knows and understands the processes related to creation, management, optimization of production/services, and the role of a manager in this process for enterprises of various scales of operation and ownership structures, as well as the principles and instruments of competition and cooperation between economic entities at the local, regional, national, and international levels.
Can formulate, assess, and solve problems in the field of business management and the manager's function, as well as find ways to implement new, innovative solutions. Can lead a team in developing innovative implementation projects in the field of business management, define the manager's position in this process, and independently plan and implement development.
