COURSE DESCRIPTION:
The course develops knowledge and practical skills in financial decision-making within corporations. Emphasis is placed on investment appraisal, working capital management, capital structure, and company valuation.
CONTENT:
1. Capital budgeting and investment planning
2. Working capital management
3. Cost of capital
4. Dividend policy
5. Financial analysis and risk management
6. Final assessment
Goals and objectives:
1. Understand the financial environment of firms;
2. Develop skills in analyzing financial situations;
