The Student:
1. has elementary knowledge of the validity of and application of construction law;
2. can search, collect, filter and process information from literature, the Internet, databases data and other well-chosen sources, too in a modern foreign language, can integrate obtained information, interpret it, and draw conclusions and formulate and justify opinions;
3. is able to use regulations and executive acts to acts and generally applicable law standards, also with regard to the settled case law of the Tribunal Constitutional Court, the Supreme Court and the Supreme Court Administrative.
4. has the ability to self-study.
