To familiarize students with the knowledge of selected issues in the theory and practice of civil law, copyright and related rights as well as industrial property protection law.
Learning outcomes
1. The concept of intellectual property. Legal monopoly. Material good and intangible.
2. Copyright. Main content of the Copyright and Related Rights Act.
3. Subject and subject of copyright. Proprietary copyrights. Fair use of protected works.
4. Distribute songs. Duration of Copyright.
5. Related rights. Liability for infringement of copyright.
6. Industrial property law. Patent Office.
7. Inventions, utility models and industrial designs and their protection rights.
