Aims of the course:
1. Transfer of structured knowledge in the field of managing the investment process on its various stages.
2. Developing the ability to formulate and negotiate contracts.
3. Developing skills and knowledge about running a business in construction industry.
4. Awareness of the impact of the implementation of construction projects on the environment.
5. Awareness of safety and health protection issues during the implementation of the investment.

Learning outcomes
1. The Student has knowledge of how to create management procedures quality of construction works and necessary knowledge to understand the principles of planning, monitoring construction costs, efficiency estimation construction projects. Knows the organization and principles managing investments in construction.
2. The Student has knowledge about the impact of investment implementation, construction on the environment.
3. The Student is able to organize work at the construction site in accordance with principles of construction technology and organization.
4. The Student has basic knowledge necessary for understanding social, economic, legal (including law construction) and other non-technical ones determinants of engineering activities.
5. Independently completes and expands the knowledge in the field modern investment processes.
