Basics of management ERASMUS>BOMAN
Aims of the course:
1. the presentation of the basic terminology of business administration and the presentation of the essence, rules and mechanisms of functioning of the organisations;
2. the acquisition and development of the abilities to understand and analyse relationships which occur in companies and organisations between management areas and functions;
3. the development of the abilities to analyse the issues of organisation management, formulation of her/his conclusions, identification of priorities for the realisation of the specific objectives.

Learning outcomes
After passing the subject, a student:
1. knows about the role of human reliability in the realisation of the goals and in the changes which take place in organisations;
2. is able to analyse: the process of managing and the decision-making process in a company; is aware of the consequences of these processes;
3. in the interests of her/his career, the student appreciates the importance of knowledge regarding organisation and business administration; adequately identifies the priorities for the realisation of the specific objectives.
